Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment on your adjustable shower base. I have been building for more than 40 years, over this period I have always refrained from using shower bases over pipework set in concrete simply because of misalignment and the connection problems incurred. ​In the past like most builders I tiled the shower recess to alleviate packing walls or jackhammering to shift pipework. ​Tiling in itself is time consuming and expensive and can still leave the waste off center then there is the dirty grate forever own show to the user. ​Believe me from now on I will be using your product it is stylish, easy to install, time-saving, with the added advantage of being able to be recessed into the floor. ​Well done Wydaflo.

After having been in the plumbing trade for nearly 30 years I have seen a lot of innovations in the trade, some good and some not so good. But I must say that the Wydaflo shower tray would have to be one of the greatest inventions for retro fitting and new installations ever. I have installed all types of shower trays over the years and nothing even comes close the ease of the installation of the Wydaflo shower tray. The benefits include, Being able to sight the waste connection No cutting concrete No jack hammering No dust I have used these since they first hit the market and will continue to as these are seriously the best inventions to save time, money and not to mention they look fantastic with their removable tile for cleaning. Our average install costs have dropped by $350 and I tell everyone who will listen to install a Wydaflo system, we love the Generation 1 series.

Both trays were fitted with ease considering the pipework in the concrete was nowhere near the intended position. I must comment Wydaflo on the variable positions their transparent waste pan can be applied. The time saving efforts of the product is also to be commended. I recently installed a Wydaflo Shower Base into a position where the waste pipe in the intended recess was 90mm off-center. ​The Wydaflo Shower Base with its capacity to overcome such problems no doubt alleviated the necessity to have the builder jackhammer the floor out to reposition the pipe. ​It is also an extremely attractive and durable addition to the bathroom’s appearance. ​For this I am extremely thankful. ​I cannot speak highly enough of the flexibility, top class appearance and time saving qualities of this product. ​Thanks and best regards,
